Not everyone scrub needs access to logins/passwords for everything. We should figure out a better permissions system then Discord channels.

Because the bill has passed we should extend the mail tool to include letters that people can mail to their state governments to urge them to do the *Winnesota.

Lets get two letters on the mail page for people to send to their congressperson. A thank letter, thanking them for voting for Internet privacy. And a spank letter, reprimanding them for selling out on Internet privacy.

The CSS from the original template is really hard to read and work with, I will try to clean it up and make it more readable asap. If anyone else wants to work on this, it would be appreciated.

The legislator buttons use the entire length of the screen despite using the same CSS class as the buttons on the nationalmail.html page.

Wire up a quick and dirty bot to welcome newcomers to the Discord server and direct them to how they can help. The bot should also subwatch so that moderators on the sub in #pr can be informed about new posts to the sub. It might be handy to have the bot gitwatch too.
