Do not draw icons when they are outside the screen

This would help with drawing performance since there are a lot of trigonometric calculations that needs to be done when drawign the icons and the wind barbs

Add help menu item

Need to add a help menu item that'll take users to the website--would be better if it's customized for mobile browser viewing.

Display TAF data for selected airport

Display the TAF data when the user taps a METAR icon

Leave previously retrieved METAR data in the map

The whole point is to allow a user to scroll through their potential flight track and see METARS along the way.

Provide ability to display map in satellite view

Currently, there is no ability to switch to satellite view. Google Maps by default is satellite view, would help to provide some consistency.

Do not download METAR data for every time app comes to focus

As it currently stands, when the application comes back into the foreground the METAR data is being retrieved. This causes undue data downloads which would suck for people who do not have unlimited data plans. What would help is to verify if the METAR data was downloaded more than one hour ago.
