For 02-spark-programming and 03-spark-ml, follow these instructions to run the notebooks on Databricks
To unzip the data directory (which contains the JSON used in the 2nd notebook and the CSV used in the 3rd notebook), run tar -zxvf data.tar.gz in the terminal
