Hi Kemirdin, here is my feedback on your homework.

I can not run your code. I get an immediate run-time error. Did you run the code yourself? I didn't see you mention anywhere that you couldn't get the code to run.

The first problem that you are missing closing curly brace in line 137 for the threeFive function.

If I fix that one, a run into a second problem in line 138 of your code:

threeFive(10, 15, sayThree, sayFive);

but the function sayThree and sayFive are undefined, resulting in another runtime error.

Having fixed that I run into a third problem, because array is not defined in line 124, 128 and 132:

Commented out the whole of Step 4.2 to check the rest of the code and I run into the next run-time error because of an undefined variable arr.

Conclusion: I'm looking at unfinished, untested code without you giving any indication of this. I'm sorry to say, but this was a waste of my time.
