Code not running

Dear all,

To familiarize with the method of the study, entitled "Estimating animal utilization densities using continuous- time Markov chain model" (https://doi.org/10.1111/2041-210X.12967)", I tried running your code about sea lions in the Aleutian Islands.

The problem is that the script does not work. Namely, when I try fitting the CTMC model (the loop starting at line 80), R tells me that:

"Error in crawl::fix_path(as.matrix(samp[, 1:2]), samp[, 3], land_crop, : unused argument (trans_crop"

I do not know why I am having this issue. Could it be that one of the packages has changed, from when you developed the script in 2018? For example, the fix_path() function is no longer part of "crawl" package and it seems that other packages (e.g. pathroutr) are available now to impute paths around land barriers.
