httpbulk-go's Issues

MaxIdleConnsPerHost might cause problems in high load scenarios

Hi Björn,

great lib. Just came across some edge case regarding connection pooling. There is a per host limit for idle connections in the standard lib and if you are doing more requests sequentially you are piling up blocked sockets in the TIME_WAIT state.

Not a pre se problem for your lib, as it isn't said, that it is used many times sequentially on the same host, but as you are doing bulk HTTP calls it might be nice to have an explicit option for that and warn the users, or what do you think?

Cheers
Fredi
