User should be able to specify their location and preferences (e.g. run intensity) via input arguments

The skill uses a hard-coded location. We should be able to get a user's location by querying the appropriate Alexa API. There are two kinds of user location data available with user content: geolocation (exact current location) and the location tied to a user's Alexa account.

This is probably a good chance to play with async.

The picker library isn't tested super well.

Also, the testing flow for the skill sucks. I've been testing with AWS Lambda in the loop. It'd be nice if more testing could be done via unit test.

The tool can adjust its output for sex, run intensity, and whether a user runs warm or cold. The skill currently hard-codes defaults that would be incorrect more than half the time 🏃‍♀️

Provide a means for the skill to ask for more information as necessary.
