Deprecated version of FB API used

Hi,
When I try to use Facebook.ApiClient
and call first request like
ApiRequest.Create(ApiRequest.RequestType.Paged, "me/adaccounts", _client)
I got "Facebook.ApiClient.Exceptions.FacebookOAuthException: (#2635) You are calling a deprecated version of the Ads API. Please update to the latest version: v3.2"

As I see, you supported up to 3.0 version. Could you plz implement v3.2 support?

v6 API support

Are you going to update to v6 as I get the following error when running your sample

Facebook.ApiClient.Exceptions.FacebookOAuthException: (#2635) You are calling a deprecated version of the Ads API. Please update to the latest version: v6.0.

About Filtering Data

Hello,

First of all many thanks for awesome project like that.

How can I filter my request? For example filter my data according to time_created column between two dates.

Should I use AddQueryParameter method or anything else ? Could you give a simple example ?
