cgit's Issues

Log Page should show same portion of commit message as "git log --oneline"

I've noticed a difference in the commit message content shown in cgit's log page when compared to "git log --oneline".

Given the following commit:

commit 3e9d7a7538a00c3e52862b99de8f65daba39b2f3
Author: Code Monkey <[email protected]>
Date: Fri Oct 24 12:30:00 2014 -0600

Modified some stuff in the foo module to ensure it doesn't
    continue to throw errors.

Some more in-depth explanation of the change would go in
    this second parapgraph.

The output of "git log --oneline" (at least in git 1.7.10.4) for that particular commit is:

3e9d7a7 Modified some stuff in the foo module to ensure it doesn't continue to throw errors.

Whereas in cgit the content shown is:

2014-10-24 Modified some stuff in the foo module to ensure it doesn't

It would probably make sense to do something similar in cgit so that multi-line summaries can be used. This allows the commit messages to be kept to a desired width too.
