Overview

Creating a self updating Weekly Schedule in MS Access that allows for production design names to be entered on the correct day. Motivation for this project was to improve communication of changes made to the Production Board. It also easily identifies the shift schedule in order to avoid possible confusion.

Features

• Indicator that directs attention to current date
• Add to the calendar
• Create a list of different 12 hour based shifts that will automatically update depending on the day of the month
• Link to Robot Database and organize Preventative Maintenance tasks
• Notification button to send email update alert to predetermined participants

Scope

This program utilizes Microsoft Access GUIs controlled through VBA and SQL

Design Assignment Error

When adding a new design name, along with the date it will be produced, it does not appear under the correct date. However, the date sequence on the calendar is correct.
