Fix scoreboard issues

• Fix balls, strikes, outs display
• current inning runs highlight should be removed when inning changes. Looks like it's not refreshing properly.
• Fix game action display to not expand. It breaks the standings section
• Check how to get the current play
• Errors key is spelled wrong

Work todo on sdeint

• Add additional error handling and messaging.
• Add functionality to clean old tables.
• Optimize Postgres and queries for performance.
• Refactor database to use single fetch and single fetch all functions.

Work for InsertCursor_SDO.py

• Get the insert to happen.
