wWndows formm App aim to Archiving images each image have name , description , date

Main opearations :

- Add new photo to Archive 
- Get photo from Archive 
- Update photo (name , description , date)
- Download photo from Archive 
- Delete photo from Archive 
- Add new user 
- Update users data (available only for user with permession equal to permission 1)

Users permissions :

- Each user have a permission (permission 1 , permission 2 , permission 3 , permission 4)
- Each user select permissions that allow to get photo from Archive when he add photo to Archive
