Reports deprecated package erroneously

Steps:

  1. In an existing project, run npm install --save-dev testcafe@latest
  2. Run ndc current

Expected Result:
Testcafe is not shown in the ouput, because 3.3.0 is a current version and is not deprecated

Actual Result:
Warning text is shown:

WARN [email protected]: 2019-02-04T12:28:07.696Z
deprecated: You installed a legacy version of TestCafe. Install TestCafe v3 to receive support, updates, and bug fixes: npm i testcafe@latest. If you still rely on legacy versions of TestCafe and need help, email [email protected].

This is because testcafe mistakenly released version 15 of their package some time ago and deprecated it. It does not mean that their latest version (3.x) is deprecated.
