I like the "who are we slide", including last bullet!

minor items:

• slide 5: "Reluctance to use R for his task?" ----> "his" to "this"
• don't forget to explain acronym SPA in "R4SPA". easy to forget, but people will wonder

• Slide 1 - Potentially drop the "R4SPA" - SPA is a very specific Roche acronym
• Slide 4 has a LOT of white space
• Slide 5 - Just doesn't feel right, lots of white space, sentence wraps over line - Perhaps try and merge with slide 6 ?
• Slide 6 - Additional issues = Lack of integration with existing tools, Fear that its not "validated", unsure how to create tables,
• Slide 7 and 8 have a lot of white space potentially combine ?
• Slide 10 - Output is cropped
• Slide 11 - Maybe hardcode the row number so that its simpler to read, also these are slides you can probs get rid of the suppress_warnings =T bit. Just thinking the cleaner it looks the better. �Also the logo is cropped�Also is it possible to highlight syntax / output in different colours / boxes to make them stand out from each other ?
• Slide 16 - Feels weird, Would move "any questions" to its own slide. Perhaps add some bullet points under goals / other packages to flesh it out ?
