how to open new terminal

open new terminal{{exec new terminal}} just like exec Control+c whoami{{exec interrupt}}

{{exec}} and others no longer working

{{exec}}, {{copy}} on commands in the step code is no longer being shown as clickable on the steps page.

This issue appears to be occurring in all labs.

for example

### Execute a command per click
`ls -lh`{{exec}}

In the lab 'ls -lh' is not longer clickable since (approx) 25th of July in all labs, inc my own and the killacoda examples.
