What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open adb file explorer
2. click on tools-app manager
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get a runtime error 339....component comdlg32.ocx is missing or invalid

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I have tried .30 and .31 with the same results...It has worked great for me
on this same system in the past

I'm running adb file explorer 0.3

When I run adb shell ls, it shows dir colors that make the text unreadable,
so I need to run adb shell ls --color=never
but your program seems to be using adb shell ls for creating the listings...

Any chance you can use that option for your listing? I'd really like to use
your tool, because I don't have USB device mode working yet, all we've got
is the adb connection.

I'm sorry I had to contact you in such a manner. I was not able to get your 
contact information through the site. Probably its because I am not able to 
think straight with this problem eating my brains out.

I am trying to write a similar c++ application for my android device. I am not 
sure quite sure how to get around it. There are a few parts of my requirement 
which will make my work easier if I modify the existing adb code itself. The 
problem is I am not able to compile adb code on my visual studio environment.

I just wanted to know how you achieved maintaining the state of your connection 
and are you using command line arguments to push and pull files. Any kind of 
code or suggestions would be deeply appreciated. Eagerly waiting to hear from 
you. Thanks in advance

3. Device doesn't show up in adb explorerr

I'm not great at this stuff, but have followed your directions with the 
exception of "Rooted Android phone with busybox". I don't know what this 
means "rooted" and I can't find a program called "busybox"?

Any help would be great.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install Visual Basic runtime under wine:
  $ winetricks comdlg32ocx vb6run

2. Run the programm:
  $ wine ADB\ File\ Explorer\ v031.exe

3. Look at the right panel


Actual result:  the pannel is empty


Expected result: directories and files list from my android device.


Ubuntu 12.04 x64, adb is properly configured on my Linux host (path is 
/usr/bin/android-sdk-linux/platform-tools/adb)

$ adb devices
List of devices attached 
0123456789ABCDEF    device


Seems I need a method to run my linux 'adb' version by programm under wine. I 
do not know is it possible for now or not.

I think it is possible because when I click to http:// or mailto:// links in a 
programm under wine it runs my Linux versions firefox/thunderbird in responce 
on it.

If there is an enthusiast who can solve this problem I would be very appreciate 
:)
