There are compilation errors related to imports in app.js and other files.
import * as App from 'kinvey-html5-sdk/lib/';
Looks like it needs to be changed to
import * as App from 'kinvey-js-sdk/lib/';
Even after that the home page of the app that loads does not show the screen on the link below
