Also works on Fedora 36

Thanks for this! Your patch also works on Fedora 36.

Update on upstream fixes

Here are some updates I found while browsing the upstream repos:

• MOTU M2 config was added to ALSA v1.2.8
• The kernel bug introduced by 5.19.9 was fixed in version 5.19.12.

Could you confirm if using the updated ALSA packages and kernel version no longer require patches or downgrades?
It could be useful to update the README with the current state of the fixes of the upstream repos.

I also needed to downgrade alsa-utils to 1.2.7.1-1

On archlinux at least that was also required in order to use my M2 again.
