Detexify data

This repository contains instructions on how to obtain and use the training data for http://detexify.kirelabs.org. It does not contain the data.

detexify-data's Issues

auth issue

Hi,
when I try to replicate the database I get an auth. error.:
"unauthorized to access or create database https://kirelabs.cloudant.com/detexify"

since I'm new to couchdb I'm not sure whether this is a problem due to my local configuration or due to the server.

Question: Size of the drawing grid?

Hi, I'm playing around with your database (I want to learn a bit of Python and scikit-learn) and was asking myself on which grid size all of the examples were drawn. Was it a constant grid size? I think Detexify itself always shows 278x278 pixels, but in the data there are some with 300 pixels and more. The reason is, if the grid always changed, to compare two examples I'd have to rescale.

training data unavailable

Seems to me, the training data is no longer available under the provided google drive link.

Can you make them available again? Thanks a lot!
