Algoroc - Bots Can't Swim quest, swimming interrupts activate spellcast, can't gain quest completion.

The "You are moving" error seems to pop up a little aggressively. There is a delay between stopping and game detecting that the movement actually stopped. Happens when on foot as well.

Expected: Move forward 20m and apply stun to foes.

Description: Killing the pumera with the name Kifo while on quest Scent of Blood causes constant quest step completion triggers, .

Occurrence: Always

OS: Windows 10

Branch/Commit: master/latest

STR: 1. Start Regional Story "The Great Hunt" in Deradune, and get to the quest step "Scent of Blood" where you need to investigate the poacher camp.
2. Go along one of the main paths to the map coordinates -5095, -602 and kill the named pumeras there.

Observed: Upon restarting the game, there is a quest completion trigger when doing anything such as killing a creature, walking into a different area, or talking to an NPC. A title will show on the screen saying "Quest: Kill the Pumera Called Kifo (completed)". These triggers are sometimes LOUD, indicating that more than one of them may be happening. These triggers do not go away upon restarting the game; the only way to stop them is to make a new character. There is no progress made in the regional quest step.

Expected: No quest completion triggers should happen, and the quest should progress normally.

Keep in mind, the following is not implemented and not worth reporting:

• No CC abilities
• No Pets
• No creature abilities
• Quests not in Crimson Isle or Northern Wilds

Reported and fixed:

• Medic Discharge now generates Actuators appropriately.
  • This bug led to a discovery of how the real servers evaluated proxy effects. Very informative.
• /who is fixed and displays all players online
• Commands not working has been resolved. All players receive the Default Role when logging in for the first time which is then applied to their account.
