Currently the following doesn't work:

    d1 = {'a':1, 'b':2, 'c': {'c1': 1, 'c2': 2}}
    d2 = ChainMapTree({'a':3, 'd':4, 'c': {'c2': 4, 'c3': 3}})
    cm = ChainMapTree(d1, d2)

This can be fixed by changing the __iter__ method to be:

def __iter__(self):
    return itertools.chain.from_iterable(m.keys() for m in self._maps.__iter__())
