The current Death Rattle compatibility patch doesn't work as advertised. When a patient has no heart and is on Life Support, they will still die when the 'no pulse' Death Rattle hediff reaches max severity.

Describe the bug
Several users have reported issues placing the Life Support machine. As described in Steam comments:

I researched it, selected it from the misc. tab, select it, click in the place I want it to go and it won't go. The transparent icon showing that it;s being built doesn't show up. It doesn't show up at all. I can't seem to figure out how to build it.

Expected behavior
Building can always be placed. I expect this is a mod conflict with another mod, and not a problem with the base mod.

Possible Workaround
From the user reporting the issue:

Fixed the issue. I have new bionic parts and new medical buildings like a surgical lamp and medical tray. I found those and put this mod before them to be able to place life support.

The LifeSupport Hediff def needs False added, so it won't be cured by Healer mech serum.
