GraphQL: add Deployment api

Create an api that will add the deployment configuration with the specific namepsace.

Generate yaml file from saved design

In the design phase the kubernetes object configurations are saved in the database. (/design graphql api)
Using the saved design one should be able to generate the yaml file for the cluster.

Annotations type: Store the ui configuration

Create an annotations type that can be added to the metadata "annotation" of the kubernetes object.
This object will store the visual configuration of the k9s object, like coordinates, height, width etc.
eg:
