Update Ktor to 1.3 version

We need to update libs and Kotlin version

Move API calls from extensions inside the Client class.

We should have file, where all the changes are tracked

According to best practices, each of the public methods and classes should be documented.
Add also license header in every code file.

Try to get rid of Java stuff and use only Kotlin classes in order to make lib cross-platform (if required functionality words at that platform).

Hint: Use Ktor instead of java.net

Remove HttpClient initialization from functions

Use Kotlin Coroutines to fetch data from the server

UPD: I decided to use Ktor as client for HTTP requests. It is built on coroutines, so here we are trying to implement it.

UPD: Still investigating :)

Currently, library handles only 'happy cases' and behaves not in a proper manner, when we get an API error in the response (for example, 404 or 429 status code).

Write a documentation
