Fields names configurable

Description

As for now, in some places some fields are hardcoded, i.e. Title in

// Format new output filename
title := fmt.Sprintf("%v", payload.Entry()["Title"])

or Content in

sanitized["Content"] = template.HTML(midas.Sanitizer.Sanitize(sanitized["Content"].(string)))

These should be configurable. Therefore

Solution

In collectionType config two new options should be added, probably grouped under fields option:

"collectionTypes": {
  "test": {
    "fields": {
      "title": "title", // Default "title" or "Title"
      "html": ["content", "..."] // Default ["content"] or ["Content"]
  }
}

Add oembed support

Oembeds support dropped while doing #6 due to complicity and no time to work on them, but should be added in future.
Check out the iframely and their support for CK Editor as well.
The workflow should be as following:
-> we are looking for <oembed> elements in post HTML
-> we resolve the oembed URL (with iframely API? Or directly using OEmbed's providers.json? Maybe some middleware service for executing them (the embed is executed in clean environment, not directly on page, and is iframed then -> security reasons))
-> we build the embed and replace the <oembed> element with <iframe>/built embed code in HTML
-> we return the HTML to be processed further
