Popup on new window

Many extensions offer functionality to add pop up messages when VSC is opened.

It would work like this:

1. User opens VSC or new Window.
2. New tab is opened with Ekstraklasa Table inside.
3. User is happy and can close window.

Users should be able to toggle this feature off inside settings.

Include Puszcza Niepołomice in preview 🌲

Current readme sc preview of the extension does not include PUN which finished the league in 12th place - let's fix that!

Add ekstraklasa logo to the extension tab

Extension not working

I've recently encountered problem with Ekstraklasa extension. I've got this error message in output:
