Hi, just had another question, Does multi-touch gestures work in macOS??

hi kreizle. few days ago I have installed your efi in my probook 430 g5 opencore Mojave project.. all go well until yestersay when I have upgraded my BIOS firmware from original 1.03 to the actual 1,14 from HP official site. After the upgrade boot in Mac os has become impossible....after a very long boot time with the progress bar slowly run nothing else happen.
i cannot understand what has happened.. i have tried to replace your EFI folder in my EFI partition again.. but same problem remain. I attach the boot log from opencore

do you look at something that can help me ?
can you send me please a flash file of you BIOS if you have the same version of mine ?

I can add that neither USB Mojave installer can be anymore opened in probbok to make another fresh installing on SSD.....

Finally, I have installed macOS Big Sur on my laptop. After installing AirportItlwm.kext for my WiFi chip and rebooting, I tried to log-in into my Apple ID via iMessage. It logs in, open iMessage and instantly logs out and asks me to login again. And this cycle repeats. Any fix?

edit - I used opencore configurator to generate SMBIOS and serial and MAC address and others, still doesn't work

Do we need need to have BIOS 1.14 to run the EFI-0.6.7b without any problem?
I have 1.08 (from 2019), and it loads very slow(infinite) on the Apple logo screen.

Also, can you update the EFI to 0.6.8?

okay so now i have macOS Catalina on virtualbox and i have the "Install macOS Big Sur" file too. Now how do i proceed?

macOS shows low battery warning message at any random time even when battery is full, battery indicator become red, while battery percentage is normal.

Hi, i was wondering how you had replaced the standard WiFi card with that BCM94360CS2? Did you install it in the WiFi card slot and is that the Apple BCM94360CS2 Card??

I'm trying to install Big Sur with 0.6.7b and 1.14 BIOS, but when I put the USB with the Big Sur Installer, it's loading forever (on the Apple Logo Screen).
With Catalina is booting without any problem (with 1.14)

The steps I'm doing:
• Download 0.6.7b
• Generate SMBios (MacBookPro 14,1)
• Create Bootable USB with Big Sur from terminal
• Copy the EFI folder to the EFI partition

As the 450 is only the 15" version, does that work?
Or do I have to take care of different Kexts?

I am having problems with Audio output...
If I use the 7 Layout, My audio is switched. When I have the jack unplugged, mac thinks I have something plugged in, if I plug the jack, it thinks I do not have anything plugged, and plays on speaker. To make audio from jack work, I have to leave it semi-plugged... If I use the layout 3, the detection works ok, but no sound comes from jack, but speakers works.
I though it was because of my sound card, and replaced for a new SD+jack board, but It still happens the same...
Any ideas???

And what guide should i follow to make my own CPU Power Management SSDT?

P.S.: I have the same laptop but have the Intel Core i5-8250U CPU Rather than your i7 Variant
