GateServer - Advance

根据Session判断玩家应该连接到哪个服务器上
和后端服务器保持连接，玩家的消息都通过这个连接发过去

整理事件机制

实现真正的Pub/Sub模式，解耦发布者和订阅者（observers的实现有耦合）
