Transactionality

Db mutation / publish kafka message happens with 2 transactions though one may still fail

Readiness false positive

Service which depend on Kafka report they're ready but are not in a position to accept commands.

A temporary hack for tests is to delay the startup of the e2e test container xmins until dependencies are likely loaded.
