Not all users can use Poetry. Provide a basic requirements.txt file for PIP-based installation.

Currently Poetry pegs the required Python version to 3.11 but it needs to be reduced to 3.8 for easier use in the Department

Need to allow inequalities as a part of the result value. For example, it is a valid result value that "Sample_XYZ contains >10000 ppm Au", or "Sample_XYZ contains <5ppm Au", which correspond to the upper and lower detection limits. Since the GEOCHEM_META.upper_detection_limit is not mandated, we might need to use the same logic as observation collection property propagation subsumed by the observation property where present. i.e. when GEOCHEM_META.upper_detection_limit is null and SAMPLE_GEOCHEMISTRY.result_value contains ">value" or "<value" then let observation.upper_detection_limit ="value" and SAMPLE_GEOCHEMISTRY.result_value =">value". Alternatively, we could instantiate another class called value_qualifier which specifies the inequality (we did this with Geoproperties) but I suspect this is a custom class.

The template submitter specifies the CRS ('GEODETIC_DATUM) for the spatial properties within the other tabs of the workbook. Please propagate this through to the tabs that specify the feature geometry (drillhole location and surface sample)
