ContentUploader fail for deployments using {subdomain}.box.ent.com

When using the demo to upload a file, I am seeing a failure. When I look in Chrome Developer Tools, I can see the browser unable to communicate to

https://upload.ent.box.com/api/2.0/files/content?upload_session_id=...

I have my Salesforce sandbox's URL listed in the CORS section of my Box Developer app I am using for the JWT connection.

Other functions (like Content Explorer) work fine, just not the upload. Are there any additional steps needed to authorize calls?

Locker Service compatilibity

When I update the API version of the Aura component to greater than 39 (to take advantage of some capabilities to invoke a flow from the Upload event), I am getting errors that I think are throw by Locker Service for how the library dependencies are pulled in with the ltng:require tag.

Do you have any hints at how to make it work with a component that is enforcing Locker Service?
