Use default encodings

Use RFC 2426 and the Mutt wiki to use the strict encoding standards of both. This will need to be researched further to handle it gracefully.

Use the reference documentation in the script header

Aliases are defined in the wiki as follows:

alias <nickname> [ <long name> ] <address>

Handle split lines

Lines in vCards can be split, and must be unsplit before being used in aliases.

Handle multiple email addresses per person

It is valid to have more than one email in a vCard. This should be handled gracefully:

1. Prioritize the prev type before other types.
2. Create multiple aliases with different nicknames for different email addresses.

Prefer vCard NICKNAME property over FN for the Mutt alias nickname

Pretty self-explanatory: Mutt aliases are defined as alias <nickname> [ <long name> ] <address>, and currently the <nickname> is based on the vCard FN property. It would be more natural to map this to the NICKNAME property, where present.

Example:

BEGIN:VCARD
VERSION:3.0
FN:John Doe
NICKNAME:Joey88
EMAIL:[email protected]
END:VCARD

should result in the following Mutt alias:

alias Joey88 John Doe [email protected]

Handle vCards atomically

Only the BEGIN and END properties in vCards have defined positions relative to each other. vcard2mutt should handle the situation where the EMAIL and FN properties are in arbitrary positions between BEGIN and END.
