STM32F407ZGT6运行BP神经网络进行手写数字识别
此程序兼容正点原子探索者STM32F407+2.8寸TFT液晶显示屏上能够正常运行，其他开发板请自行适配
用python写出BP神经网络，训练的数据集用的mnist数据集，训练好后保存模型权值，用STM32加载模型的权值，运行BP神经网络来识别手写数字
此神经网络有三层，输入层为784个神经元，隐藏层为一层，30个神经元，输出层为10个神经元
