thatsmyplane-web-frontend's Issues

Plane spotting

  • A map in the background with an always active drawer [For desktop]
  • A map in the background with a swipe-able edge drawer [For mobile]
  • Slider on the drawer to change distance from the user’s location
  • Card component for each aircraft within the distance, sorted by nearest to farthest
  • Tapping the card would show the aircraft location on the map, refreshed every 3 seconds
  • Once tapped i.e. selected, a camera button would appear, clicking on which would open the camera app. Click a picture and choose if you want to add to the session and to the aircraft
  • Another button that would appear when you tap on an aircraft card would be mark as spotted, clicking on which would add the aircraft to your spotted list
  • User can add pictures to aircrafts spotted after the session too

User's flight list images load

Images should load every time the component is rendered/refreshed. A possible solution is to store images to the database instead of fetching them from API.

  • Create backend issue for db implementation
