"RK45_w_tur_Cfin.py" is the one to execute and call the function in "cf_genmat_para_fin.so"

This python will tried to solve a coupled differential equations via Runge-Kutta method of order 5(4) for 100 step.
The step number could be set by the variable "step_num".

function "get_pointda" take an array "y" as an input and calculate "Ay" where "A" is a matrix (4804 x 4804), thus output an array with length 4804.
function "free_pointda" will free the memory that is not free in "get_pointda"
