I think they had fixed but @lanesh4d0w didnt update streamlink/streamlink#4640

Nimo and BigoTV cant use

When i using the link from nimo.tv and bigo.tv, the code response:
An error occurred: cannot be translated to a manifest URL
How can i fix that?

the new update makes it keep showing this error

Youtube quality

Hello,

Is there a way to force a youtube live stream quality with query-streamlink ? Tried the (old) values like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxxxxxxxxx?vq=hd1080 but it obviously doesn't work anymore.

For dailymotion, I saw the workaround in api.key with the live-x.m3u8 value replaced (and that's working well!), but youtube url's in index.m3u8 are totally different and much more complicated.

Maybe by forcing the script to select a specific stream ID (as we can grab the quality IDs with youtube-dl -F).

Rate limiting

Hey there!
Still on a trip?

I was just wondering about the techniques I could use to avoid rate limiting. ie: proxying requests
I have been looking at the streamlink doc and read it was possible to use a specifc configuration file and pass several options through this config file.
I've tried but it didn't work for me, do you have any hints?
