openshift-php5.5-cgi-apache's Issues

Enhancement request - To include Composer

Hi, this is not an issue, but an enhancement request. It seems Composer is used both by Symfony and the Zend Framework. If its installation was included in your cartridge, it would crush all competition on Openshift and make everyone's PHP life easier (lol).

There is a possibility to trigger the execution of Composer with markers in the Openshift's 'supported' PHP cartridges (see https://developers.openshift.com/en/php-markers.html). This cartridge could implement the same.

The reason I am suggesting this is that currently, the skeleton Zend Framework application crashes on OpenShift: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/31473760/how-to-run-or-should-i-run-composer-on-openshift#31474327

Wrong PHP version returned in Openshift ssh after installation

Hi, after creating the openshift application with the cartridge, the returned php --version in ssh is 5.3.3 while the make.sh version is 5.5.18. The php info page returns 5.5.18 too. This prevents the installation of Composer.

I have created a question on Stackoverflow (with more details and screen shots), because I don't know whether the issue lies here or on Openshift's side: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/31478610/wrong-php-version-returned-in-openshift. I know that the people from Openshift will see it there.

P.S.: Someone provided an possible explanation for this issue on the StackOverflow question. It seems the build is in the misc folder, not the runtime folder.

wrong PHP version

This is the php -v output on the server. What am I missing ?
