About i18n Group

Hi,
I've been working for @nodejs/nodejs-cn for a long period of time, almost all the files of nodejs.org are translated by me. Recently I've found there's a group called "i18n". So I tend to join in the group for the futher work of Nodejs and more contributions.

I've several questions:

1. Is "18n" just for the future translations of Nodejs using Crowing instead of GitHub in Nodejs.org?
2. There're some meetings at 6:00 PM UTC, it's a bit too late. So must I join in the meeting everyday?
