Objects Export Utils Unit Test

Setup RGBDS execution test

Setup a execution test for RGBDS. This test should:

• Compile any necessary assets
• Run the tool
• Expect certain assets to have been created (.incbin files, .2bpp files, .tilemap files, ROM files).

LDTK Object Exports

LDTK entitles are not currently exported yet.

Create help command for the tool.

Create a help command that outputs the arguments and basic information about the app.
