針對 WIN10 電腦做一鍵優化的調整，建議在安裝完 WIN10 作業系統後就可以使用，
可重複使用沒有次數的問題，主要是調整 WIN10 高效能作業環境和關閉不常使用的功能。
將 WIN10 打造成比較容易操作的 UI 界面。
主要的一鍵優化的調整項目:
關閉電腦休眠、設定工具列方向在上面(不自動隱藏)、網路卡取消 IPv6、關閉系統保護、關閉磁碟重組排程、關閉已停止運作視窗、
保留內建的 Windows Defender，讓電腦至少還有一個防毒保護(若有影響在視情況關閉)、解決開啟遠端分享的共用資料夾、
關閉檔案總管的快速存取、新增英文鍵盤(預設打字變成英數，要打中文在選回中文鍵盤)、桌面顯示我的電腦和控制台、
開啟.NET Framework3.5
