The ffi.hson file is a bit of a wart.

The UX would be much smother if platgen.hs could read the FFI directly from a C header file.

Some of the more advanced RPP C SDK functions (e.g. those for PIO) use pointer types.

platgen.hs does not currently support pointer types, so these functions can't be called from HVM.

Two approaches to adding support:

• Store the pointer in a 60-bit NUM (works on RPP since pointers are 32-bit)
• Add support to HVM for boxed binary data
