This project will design and develop a Telecommunications Project Management System.

It will be password protected with password encryption.

It will allow Engineers to log in, accept job assignments, and--for the jobs assigned to that engineer only -- will allow them to update job status, request a change order on a job, request more information on a job, and show job completion. It will also allow Engineers to view their individual job status and their all jobs status.

It will allow Managers to view job status by Engineer, by State, by Project Manager, and by all.

It will automatically send notifications associated with each job.

It will allow Managers to print and email job status reports.
