Kotlin-Gradle-Plugin outdated version

Hi, thanks very much for this great library.

I'm trying to compile my app to Android and I get the following error :

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

* What went wrong:
The Android Gradle plugin supports only Kotlin Gradle plugin version 1.5.20 and higher.
The following dependencies do not satisfy the required version:
project ':matomo_forever' -> org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-gradle-plugin:1.3.50

* Try:
> Run with --stacktrace option to get the stack trace.
> Run with --info or --debug option to get more log output.
> Run with --scan to get full insights.

_viewts and _idts timestamp transmission

Hi,

refering to docs Matomo expects as data for the parameters _viewts and _idts an Unix timestamp. Matomo forever transfers the timestamp in milliseconds, but if im right Unix timestamps are in seconds. Can you please check this?
