It would be useful to include classes, etc. defined in modules in the list of topics.

pkgutil.walk_packages imports modules to obtain their info. This has some negative consequences:

• it can cause side effects (by execution of module contents)
• collection of module info is slow because the module search is serial

Possible ways to remedy the above include

• use ast to query module files without import (possibly with this approach)
• use parallelization (or at least concurrency) to speed up the module search
