[insG]deltaMike created a conq40.theater which grants all security classes access to the Galil + drum loader and all bots can now equip an RPG. Multiple attempts to rewrite the config and startup have had mixed results as the server seems to default to Firefight when loading the theater from the workshop. I'd like to include this but it's proven frustrating enough to abandon for the time being.

When setting the percentage of bots to 0.7 (70%) which should reduce their numbers, the number remain at 100%. Either something in the configs is wrong, or this is completely broken in the base game.
