Can you please add support of VueJS 3

It happen that I always have to figure out why the Layout does not render anything and found that I forgot to put the children components inside the remain slot, I think it would be more natural to use if it is a default slot. e.g. LayoutFlexRow which I often use.

Hi, new with VueJS, coming from several years of WPF.
I'm very happy to find a layout system for VueJS

I just noticed that a missing definition of types on npm, reported by TS

'@types/vue-layout-system@*' is not in this registry.

As said I'm using name by myself, and I will really appreciate if you add them.
