The Legend of Dragoon Modding System (LODModS) is a set of tools designed for modding The Legend of Dragoon, as well as a framework designed for creating and installing patches.

Please note that this is a currently incomplete work in progress, so bugs are possible. Currently, only modules for handling config files and working with discs/game files, along with the command line interface, are included. Modules such as text dumping/insertion will be added later once code is complete and documented. Please report on LoD discord (https://discord.gg/rQWXgK5) or at [email protected] with full error log if encountering an error.

But FMV don't have subtitles!

Hi, why include these videos without subtitles? https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/3188/
How can we understand what's being said i Audio is in Japanese and no subtitles?
I don't get it. When you make an undub you add subtitles, else is useless to add.

Fails to apply patches (list index out of range).

When I try to apply any patch with the standalone executable patcher it will back up / restore the game, say it is applying patches, but then immediately give the "Press ENTER to exit" prompt without applying any patches or saying anything went wrong. It will then give a "list index out of range" error for a split second when enter is pressed before closing the command line.

I have attached an image showing the error the split second before it closes (ignore the bit about duplicate/overlapping files, it happens even if that isn't the case):

LODModS v1.31 seems to be able to apply patches fine, though when I try to apply the script overhaul mod with it it immediately closes itself without printing out an error. So, hoping this gets fixed so I can try the mod out
