Include IGDB ID

Hi there! Thank you so much for creating this, it's truly invaluable for tying disparate sites together.

A small request- could you include the IGDB ID at some point in the future? You have the url, which includes the slug. But the ID is more useful for interacting with their API.

Add more explicit descriptions to fields.

Could you please add more explicit description descriptions to fields?

For example, I don't understand what 'stsp_mdntime' field is.
I see that, for example, "Transport Defender" has 'stsp_mdntime' field set to: 137570.

conversion to ndjson

Hello! Was playing with the JSON file ~ thank you for providing this!

I was wondering if you might consider optionally having an ndjson version of these data, which is each JSON object separated by a newline character. This would make the file much easier to parse and convert to CSV, parquet, or other formats that might be useful to others.

Data is not updated

Due to certain issues with GameFAQs and SteamSpy, all parsers have been temporarily halted and the data may be slightly out of date.

I plan to fully update DB by the end of the year and than will enable automatic updates again.
