As you can see from this traceback, the 404 exception is being raised from is_live = utils.is_live(channel_id)

Potential fixes

Try it multiple times
- Maybe if it fails 10 times error/warn to console (don't exit script)
Wrap it in try/catch and just ignore it/convert it to a logger.warn

Change text.py to text.py.example

Since text.py also has customizable content (Some Add roles to the messages for pings for example) i think it would be better if the file would get changed to text.py.example too
