TCGA_HCC

Analyse HCC(hepatocellular carcinoma) using R and find some genes that may be interesting. 如果想自己从TCGA数据库下载文件跑自己选择的数据，可以先去TCGA数据库下载gdc-client,用官网的这个软件（其实这里已经上传得有，不过是linux版本的）下载感兴趣的数据，网上有下载教程。 下载下来的数据是单个样本的，需要融合在一起，可以看step1-data_process.R的前几句代码。 如果想在自己的电脑上跑我的数据可以直接跳过上述步骤，可以到 (gitee.com) 上申请个码云账号，然后Fork一下我的项目，就可以导入你的码云账号，可以大大增快下载速度的哦！ 建议大家使用Anaconda或者Miniconda管理R和(或)python的各种包! 祝成功！！！
